How We Work
We will discuss with you where and when you would like to travel. If you are unsure, we can make suggestions for you and are happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
We take the time to discover what your own specific interests are, and what you would like to do whilst on holiday. We are able to cater for a wide range of interests.
We offer a service that is not given away. In order to receive a customised land itinerary, an upfront non-refundable consultation fee of $150+HST will apply. We believe that a service that costs nothing gives you just that.
Effective and successful travel planning requires research, organisation and active fact-finding.
Preparation of a draft itinerary and pricing
All quotations are delivered as a bundled package; and this information is proprietary. As a result, Aussie Travel does not break down pricing.
Utilising our extensive experience around the South Pacific and our network of trusted travel professionals, we will work on constructing a draft itinerary for you along with a price for your trip.
Once you have had a chance to study the itinerary, you can decide whether you would like us to continue to work on your trip.
We will continue to work on planning your trip, tinkering with and fine-tuning the itinerary until you are satisfied that we have come up with the perfect trip for you.
Once we have a working itinerary that you are happy with, we will require a deposit payment toward the cost of your trip in order to request the agreed travel services. The required deposit amount will be disclosed with the quotation as this amount differs with each itinerary.
The final payment for your trip becomes due two months prior to departure (or at time of booking if departure date is within two months).
We then prepare a complete pre-departure package for you including your day-to-day itinerary, maps, travel tips, information on visas and vaccinations, what-to-bring lists and background information about your destination.
